The database of SEISAN consists of the two directories REA and WAV.
The REA directory and its subdirectories contain readings and source
information while all waveform data is normally in the directory WAV
(see 2.2.2) with no subdirectories. Optionally WAV can also be divided
into a similar subdirectory structure, see 2.2.2, which is useful
when storing continuous data in particular.
The DELET database contains all events deleted
from any of the databases (here BERGE/BER and NAO). Filenames are
identical between all platforms.
